Re-Balancing Vassalisation
Since I a prefer a practical approach over a theoretic discussion, I created a small mod here with Source Code here so people could download and try out, and if suggestions come in changes could be directly implemented (if they are not too complicated for me). I also hope some of the devs will read this here.
