For those not in the know, these two are both solved problems, actually! timer.cubing.net added random-state scrambles for FTO quite recently. Scrambling notation is very standardised at this point, mostly because Ben (benpuzzles) took the lead in forcing his preferred notation on the whole community early on.

This repo apparently has support for the gan timer (I don't do much JS so I'm not really sure what it does) and he's been working on this timer. For those 2 repos specifically, you might want to contact Lucas Garron.
