Here you go then: telemetry-gml is a mini example implementation. Everything is encapsulated in the Telemetry. It starts of disabled - I highly recommend asking the user permission before sending any information. I haven't put much thought in the legal aspect here, but if you ask players beforehand, it should be alright if you ask to get some information that helps you debug the game or make it better.
