ESP32 for basic temp/humidity sensors?
I have three different brands of BLE temp/humidity sensors (perhaps 10 units in total) that get received by a single ESP32 board via BLE (Govee, Inkbird and Xiaomi @ $4ea) using the Blerry - BLE Driver for Tasmota. Main advantages are no wiring so you can easily throw them in the freezer and instant freezer alarm, etc. and no coding. Yeah, I used to use actual sensors wired to an ESP8266 or ESP32 but it's a lot easier to just use these with an ESP32 and tasmota or esphome.
