Selfhost docker guide help
Hi. I am following the instructions on self hosting standard notes with the official guide at this link. I am stuck at #8. I get an error saying 'compose' is not a docker command. Is this guide outdated or something? I'm confused. I am using this on my Synology NAS which recently released DSM 7.2 which renamed 'docker' to 'container manager'

Now I'm on the docker guide at #3. It says to open the .env file. What's the command to open it? I tried a quick google search and couldnt find the command.
