Would You use GraalVM or Javet for server side tempalting?
I wrote a Spring WebMVC view implementation that mostly deals with collection data to be converted to JSON and then embedded in a minimal base document. The Java-side just does data-acquisition and stuff, sends the data over as HTML with embedded JSON and then the client-side turns that into a webapp via React.

Why is Java templating/server rendering losing ground?
I implemented a React view system for Spring Boot. The logical view name on the Server side is resolved into a webpack entry point and the server just fills a rudimentary HTML template that basically just references the corresponding webpack assets and static styles/graphics if applicable.
