Full screen application dashboard won't open on secondary monitor.
UPDATE: The issue can be solved by creating a panel with with the application dashboard widget on the secondary monitors. I used this widget to make my panel transparent, and pointed the dashboard icon to a translucent PNG , then set the panel to 'windows go below' so that I can still have the fix without having a visible panel.
