Run script from chat or create command
Yes, it's possible as was already said via the onChat event. If you want a ready to use library for this, where you can easily add your commands, you can checkout this one: https://github.com/onelivesleft/Console. It also has an example implementation called console++ which already offers lots of stuff out of the box.
