    Solution:This is due to you installing the CPU version of PyTorch. Essentially, PyTorch wasn't compiled with CUDA support. The way we fixed this was by running the `nvidia-smi.exe` file from the command line by typing `nvidia-smi.exe`. If this isn't working, check if you have this file, type `dir` and scroll down the alphabetically to where the file should be. If you still do not have the file, head over to my [nvidia-smi.exe](https://github.com/Lightning42/nvidia-smi.exe) GitHub link and download the file. Make sure to put it into your system32 directory and run it from the command line.
