They're now sending warnings to accounts that use coinjoin AFTER WITHDRAWAL.
The use of Blockchain Surveillance (BS) to assign taint to an account based upon where Bitcoin is spent after it is withdrawn from an AML / KYC exchange makes it very easy to frame perfectly innocent people with accusations of very serious criminal and / or terrorist activity. This was identified by the Monero Policy Working Group in our submission to the European Commission last year.
