Redesigning BurnZero.com's Skin
However, it is not so much a skin but an overlay. i.e. it's a service you can plug into your browser which will reformat wikis when you see them, so this is a bit of a no-go. So on to... Github! Took a quick look and it looks like you're using mediawiki? There's some skins that seem to do the job. Like even one from the Star Citizen folks that looks great on mobile (and uses LESS)
