Where to find datasets that involve legislation, legal rulings and policy proposals?
I'm not aware of any national / international group that puts all of that together offhand. I don't know if other jurisdictions do this, but Washington DC uses git for their laws and other associated documents. https://github.com/DCCouncil/dc-law-xml
