Treesitter highlight seems to break indentation?
I was using the indentexpr from haskell-vim, namely GetHaskellIndent(). I am quite fond of how they make comma automatically aligning to the opening brace in the last line to maintain a comma-leading style:

Should I disable vim-polyglot if treesitter is already active?
Finally, if there really is a feature of vim-polyglot for a language that you can't live without, you can just install that one underlying plugin. No need to pay the "polyglot tax" if you can avoid it! I do this for https://github.com/neovimhaskell/haskell-vim, since the built-in neovim Haskell syntax files are really inadequate in comparison, and the language isn't supported by nvim-treesitter yet.

How to figure out what's causing this syntax highlighting?
That said, I find that the builtin syntax files for Haskell are really inadequate. For a better experience, there is https://github.com/neovimhaskell/haskell-vim. It's worth it just for its syntax file alone (so if you don't feel like installing the whole plugin, you could just copy syntax/haskell.vim to your config). It doesn't have an issue with #foo.
