Improving Firefox Snap Load Time
I have had good luck with https://gitlab.com/Linux-Is-Best/Firefox-automatic-install-for-Linux to place the .desktop file for me.

Problems with Firefox non snap versions on Ubuntu 22.04?
What do you mean? Firefox has no install script. Just download the tar from Mozilla, set up a .desktop file and run it. Or use https://gitlab.com/Linux-Is-Best/Firefox-automatic-install-for-Linux to automate it for you.

Firefox Beta on Flatpak fails to start using Wayland socket
Why are you using Flatpak on Arch anyway? Just use the Mozilla build, its less of a headache https://gitlab.com/Linux-Is-Best/Firefox-automatic-install-for-Linux

Mozilla Firefox benchmarks with and without Pocket completely disabled. -- It's better without Pocket.
If you want to be technical (full disclosure), I used "Firefox Automatic Install for Linux" to quickly download and install Firefox. It makes no changes to Firefox and is comparable to you downloading Firefox yourself, extracting the archive, and then manually adding the shortcuts. No changes are made, it just saves time. https://gitlab.com/Linux-Is-Best/Firefox-automatic-install-for-Linux

Nightly 108.0a1 (Oct 18) is exceptionally broken.
I get my copy of Mozilla Firefox, directly from Mozilla. It's why I developed this easy script to install Firefox https://gitlab.com/Linux-Is-Best/Firefox-automatic-install-for-Linux

MS Family won’t allow me to launch Firefox
Assuming your family has not removed or disabled Windows Subsystem for Linux, but assuming they too have locked that down so you cannot randomly install apps, my installer, "Firefox Automatic Install for Linux" will let you circumvent Microsoft Family by installing a personal, local copy, without needing to be the system admin https://gitlab.com/Linux-Is-Best/Firefox-automatic-install-for-Linux/-/releases

The sad reality of linux desktop: The biggest enemy to linux isn't windows or mac, its our community's attitude!
The problem now is, if you were to change your “flow” for files Firefox_*.sh (in this dir https://gitlab.com/Linux-Is-Best/Firefox-automatic-install-for-Linux/-/tree/master/64bit), you’ll have to do it across multiple files. While those different files perform the exact same commands. You can just have one skeletal script that works across all Firefox versions.

Firefox Automatic Install for Linux - v2.9.1.0.0 - Make it personal (re-release)
To error is to be human. I mistakenly uploaded the wrong build with older code from earlier development (using older code). https://gitlab.com/Linux-Is-Best/Firefox-automatic-install-for-Linux/-/releases
