Case Management Software vs. Google Apps
I was going to write a version from scratch here: https://github.com/generalram/camel it is Visual BASIC 6.0 and it is just the start of a client matter search tool. You can search an MS-Access database for Client number, code, name, nickname or Matter number, code, name or nickname. When more advanced it can select client and matter numbers for billing attorney and other people. To prove that I am not using my old employers code, I waited from 2001 to now to make sure it is off my mind and I am starting out from scratch. I am learning Python right now and hope to get good enough to write it in Django Python with MySQL.
