How do your manage styling your app in Flutter?
We still generally use MaterialApp and PageRoutes since not using those is not really worth the hassle. For custom page anims, we make classes like this that have static anims we can use: https://github.com/gskinnerTeam/flokk/blob/master/flokk_src/lib/_internal/page_routes.dart
