https://github.com/48klocs/dim-wish-list-sources/issues/119 is my little tracker for it. The root cause is that there were a few places where perk picks from the curated + non-curated pools got called for, and I coded in impossible-to-obtain picks.
When does DIM get updated with the best rolls for the new weapons in the latest expansion.

Well the issue is this : in voltron (the file used by lightdotgg, DIM wishlists and almost every website with roll ratings) only u/pandapaxxy took the time to review the weapon. It dates from March and is probably outdated by now.
