Massive Delay from button actions.
In the mean time, you can turn of app nap for the entire system while running Touch Portal, but as I assume not everybody is up for that, we have found a workaround that will stop the app going into app nap but it requires a bit of setup. Applications that play audio will not be put in napping time. So playing an audio file of just silence will make the application function properly. https://github.com/anars/blank-audio here you can download an mp3 with just silence for an hour. It will play audio but you will not hear anything so it will not break your own setup. We have confirmed feedback from users that this fixes this issue. You might want to have it repeat playing the audio every hour (if using the hour mp3 of silence) so that during your entire work it will not go into napping time.

Anki cutting off portions of audio?
Echoing the bluetooth headphones comments - this happened to me a lot when I started doing Anki with my new bluetooth headphones. One way around it if you don't want to plug in is to just have an audio file playing so the headphones are actively connected. The fun part is that it can be a silent file, I usually open up a file like one of these. https://github.com/anars/blank-audio .
