Another vote for Syncthing. It will do the job without any problem. As an alternative, lsyncd can be used with rsync. https://github.com/axkibe/lsyncd I had a similar setup in past and it worked well with Syncthing, but I moved to the Nextcloud server at the end. It allowed me to store all the data on one server (thus decreasing the number of backup job to one, only this server needs to be backed up) and have clients synchronize the data they actually use (by using virtual files https://nextcloud.com/blog/nextcloud-desktop-client-3-2-with-status-feature-and-virtual-files-available-now/)

If you would consider using iSCSI LUNs, you can build a storage mirror over the network using Starwinds Virtual SAN. See the topic. Otherwise, for a file-level mirror consider using rsync with lsyncd to set up bidirectional sync.

To sync files between hosts/network locations, you can use rsync. It allows synchronizing files and folders, building a 1:1 data structure. If you would need bidirectional file sync, you can use lsyncd. https://github.com/axkibe/lsyncd
