  Thanks! Ah, right, ever since the thread was archived I didn't try if still could edit that post. I'm still updating the git with the filter lists tho, so even if the filters in that post aren't up to date anymore the instructions using the links still work. Just install the browser addon uBlock Origin (adblocker) and follow the instructions. You can either use the link to the complete list (that changes quite a bit more than search results) or you can just add the links to the separate categories you want.
