  There are software packages that do topology optimization using Finite Element Analysis, but most of them are part of commercial tools. You can look through this guide for different options: https://www.topology-opt.com/software-list/. There is also ToOptix that looks to be an extension used in Blender, although I've never used it. I can see this being a bridge too far if you're not comfortable with the Finite Element Analysis or coding. Also, depending on the specifics of the problem, this could get computationally expensive (i.e. it will take a significant amount of time for your computer to solve for the optimized geometry, depending on computer's hardware).
