Based on previous posts here, most seem to like minimalist overlays that don’t point out top donor, last follow, etc. What info DO you like to see in an overlay?
But it is way more useful, if you implement your overlay in the current stream, and it gives info, about what is going on. Maybe a win-count, or the number of rare item drops, or the number of deaths. (I recommend using streamer.bot to count such stuff).

I need help.
If you’re looking for using a device to control your stream, look into SAMMI or Streamer.bot. There are loads of tutorials for either on YouTube. Both are fairly complicated tbh, but just having buttons to start/stop and change scenes is easy enough.

Is there a tutorial site (or a channel with samples) for streamer.bot?
I've seen there's a very powerful tool called streamer.bot, but it seems to be quite complex. Is there any tutorial site, a blog with instructions for newbies or something like that to learn how to use it?

Best way to clip your own stream?
You can type /marker in your chat. After the stream, go to your Video Producer page and click Highlight to see where the marker is at in the timeline. You can create a highlight from there for moments you want to keep that are over 60 seconds long, or you can go to that specific timestamp in the VOD and clip it from there. Alternatively, you can look into bot programs like streamer.bot or Firebot that will let you create a custom command for creating a clip. I personally use the TouchPortal app on a tablet (it's like a Stream Deck) that will let me place a marker in my timeline just by tapping the button.

Remote Control OBS streaming to Twitch from phone, overseas.
You can then use automation tools like https://streamer.bot/ to control your OBS via chat commands. Make sure you limit commands to only respond to you.
