Monoprice Maker Select V2 upgrade and repair (x-posted)
I went this route with mine, ReDuplicator was a fun build and next I'll probably convert it to Voron Switchwire but it's happily printing now.

3D printed Y-Carriage
I'm currently building a Reduplicator and was curious if one could print the Y-carriage using something like Atomic CarbonFiber PETG. I found a suitable model and have seen "real" carbon fiber carriages available for other printers. I suspect it may not be rigid enough but perhaps a honeycomb pattern in-fill using CF PETG might get the job done. Has anyone tried something like this before?

Material recommendation for hotend mount?
PETGis slightly more flexible, but if the mount is designed with the right thickness/reinforcement that shouldn't be a problem. I printed all the parts for my Reduplicator build in PETG and I haven't had any issues with lack of rigidity. I understand that Prusa uses PETG for their printed parts as well, which is a pretty good endorsement. :)

Converting a Cheap printer into a RepRap
I recently rebuilt the frame on my Monoprice Maker Select v2 using the Reduplicator plans. It won't apply directly to the parts you have, but you might be able to use the design as inspiration for building your own frame. It's based around 3030 extrusion and is rock-solid.

My first scratch-built printer! (Based on / inspired by the Ender 5 Plus)
I recently changed out the hotend in my frankenstein printer (originally a Monoprice Maker Select v2, but pretty much every component aside from the stepper motors has been replaced, even the frame via Reduplicator) for a Titan Aero, and I'm loving it. It's got some nice advantages over a discrete Titan/V6 direct drive combo (more compact and rigid, shorter filament path, etc.). Might be worth a look. :)

Reasonably priced Tap and Die for M3-M6?
I also just finished up a ReDuplicator build, which specifies M3 heatserts in many of the printed parts (and has larger, 4mm holes in the .stl files to match). I used these and they worked great, with a little practice setting them. (If you go with heatserts, the specialty soldering iron tips like this are nice for better control.)
