sqrtPriceX96 and tick values and new pools, oh my!
I found a decent example at https://github.com/jamesbachini/Memecoin/blob/main/contracts/Meme.sol but this is hardcoded for a 1:1 ratio. I can deploy and create the liquidity pool without issue for 1:1, but I'm failing to sort out the proper values otherwise.
