Custom-Made Cards
Make sure you got the right version, they have it for win, mac and a straight-up java launcher (which is what I've used all this time, I may give the windows variant a try) - see if any other one works for you. But that is the one I've been using! (It's pretty good, you will want to see about getting the fonts RedStateBlueState and Crashlanding (easily googlable) to add that Sentinels flair.
