It appears that if you force the latest build to install on a system that would normally be made to go back to Windows 10, Microsoft might let you stay but only test Release Preview builds.

Step 11: Go to GitHub - CodeProf14/Fix-TPM and get the 2 files we need, appraiserres.dll & dllme.txt. Do that by clicking "Code" then "Download ZIP" on the github page. Extract the folder from the zip somewhere temporarily.

So at first it only showed the "Release Preview Channel". After a registry fix from u/kylegp I was able to see the dev channel after that but was unable to fully install. Even after adding the TPM dll fix from https://github.com/CodeProf14/Fix-TPM I was able to to get past the 8% "secure boot not enabled" part but the install would still fail after reboot.

Ok i solved i use my windows 10 iso appraiserres.dll file and it gave me error. Try github file https://github.com/CodeProf14/Fix-TPM it solved my error.
