Hand wired wireless Skeletyl in progress! Feels good to finally have the matrix figured out. Now I feel confident enough to do the actual wiring and the left side next.
The MCU is mounted on this breakout board: https://github.com/Bastardkb/Elite-C-holder. It provides a neat way to mount reset/power buttons and 3.5mm jacks for wired builds, as well as securing the MCU into the case. The matrix pins on the holder board are simply labeled as R1-5 and C1-6 for rows and columns presumably. I used a multimeter to figure out the corresponding pins on the nice!nano as following:

Hmm, it might depends on which controller holder you use. If you have the 2.0, then you can use this config: https://github.com/meln1k/zmk-config/tree/master/config/boards/shields/skeletyl_v2_elitec. If you use an older controller holder, then you need to change the pin assignments.
