    There is definitely something a little bit off there. Looking at the front left side of your circle and following it around to the right you go from 5 block straight sections, to 4, 3, 2 and once you get to 1 block stairstep you transition back to 2 block sections for 2 iterations, then back to 1 block again for the actual corner. It looks like it has a radius of 50 blocks, if you check that here it looks like it needs to be tweaked a bit to be a perfect circle.
