Assume I am looking at this flake (https://github.com/jordanisaacs/neovim-flake), and want to include this neovim definition in my system and not have to pull it from github like every time I use nix shell or nix run.
The builder is included as an overlay. Here is an example of how I use it in my dev shells. As it is an overlay it gets added to the package set. So if you are trying to install it on you NixOS system, you would just do environment.systemPackages = neovimName
