You probably want to get some support for your career as well, so here's my 2 cents. It's okay to never have made a resume. It's okay to just have registered for LinkedIn. We all have to start somewhere and you're already able to identify where you're lacking. Your school may have resume workshops, or you can google examples and use templates as such. 2025 is still a long ways ahead and you have a treasure trove of information and resources across this subreddit, other subreddits, and on the internet in general that you can utilize. Many people will advise you to build some personal projects, and although that may be a chore or daunting for some, you can start as simple as building something you enjoy. If you have any problem you can solve through code, then that may be a good starting point for personal projects. Having a plan is never a bad idea, so maybe spend the time to figure out what's important to you, what your goals are, and list the viable steps to achieve your goals.
When you apply, try to attend any job/career fairs hosted by your college. Networking can be a big help in this field. There's also this site that contains links and information about a ton of internships.
