We're talking about low the justice system is just a field. However in my opinion we couldn't do it because of the lack of transparency and the low in Algeria some fields are outdated or not organized "قوانين ،اوامر رئاسية ،تعليمات ...". I think first thing we should do is to change a lot of things in Algerian low and after that we could create app to fit the new low. I have Master in low by the way.
