That being said, it being Open Source also helps me greatly as it is a great showcase of what I can achieve as a developer, and it is also a great platform for many students to learn, like this UX student who revamped the main search page for one of their courses (https://github.com/ffxiv-teamcraft/ffxiv-teamcraft/issues/1843). Open Source is not just about getting contributions, it's also about this kind of stuff :).
