In case you're still interested, there's a PR for this update that's been worked on since October, and it looks like it'll probably be usable for you. If you're using flakes you can try installing or referring to that package by the branch it comes from in the PR. If you're not, you should be good to go if you make a local checkout of Nixpkgs and cherry-pick all the commits on that PR but the last one. Then explicitly refer to llvmPackages_15 wherever you need it.
