InfluxDB
Power Real-Time Data Analytics at Scale. Get real-time insights from all types of time series data with InfluxDB. Ingest, query, and analyze billions of data points in real-time with unbounded cardinality.
But basically, docker-compose build will get you most of the way there. These instructions are old but mostly still relevant: https://github.com/McKael/mastodon-documentation/blob/master/Running-Mastodon/Docker-Guide.md
Not only that. They need to work a lot on the search. You'll get a of 500 server error if you try out their search on a hashtag on soapbox. I noticed 500 error propping up when I was playing with Soapbox. When I questioned the Dev about this, he wasn't responsive at all - replied only to that 'You can do all that on Soapbox'.
The one thing I 'love' about Pleroma though (at least from what I've read) is that it doesn't store external data locally as mentioned here, which is a huge issue with Mastodon.
