As the title says, I am looking for an open-source project that allows for catering to the documentation needs of my team. We have the internal infrastructure available and can host it ourselves. An example of what is similar to my requirements is Docusaurus, https://docusaurus.io/. In essence,

I use https://www.getoutline.com/ for this in my company. Great tool, can be self-hosted but you need to provide some kind of IdP (keycloak or authentik maybe) and - if you want to save attachments - an S3 bucket.
