Waifu2x-Extension-GUI
Video, Image and GIF upscale/enlarge(Super-Resolution) and Video frame interpolation. Achieved with Waifu2x, Real-ESRGAN, Real-CUGAN, RTX Video Super Resolution VSR, SRMD, RealSR, Anime4K, RIFE, IFRNet, CAIN, DAIN, and ACNet.
It seems like GUIs for upscaling algorithms are rare and that Waifu2x-Extension-GUI and Upscayl are outliers. It's unfortunate that the aforementioned won't support anything other than Windows, but that's simply up to the developer. Perhaps it can be run through Wine if needed?
I only found this: https://github.com/Tenpi/Waifu2x-GUI/. It seems to be somewhat early in its development, but at least it does have Linux support.
