Crash after installing EPOS GSP 670 on PCPanel 1.5

I just published a 1.6-snapshot version of the software. It won't fix your problem but it includes a sndctrl.dll that should have debug symbols enabled so I'm hoping it might help in finding what exactly goes wrong. I haven't been debugging c++ code for a while so I'm not entirely sure if I correctly made it debuggable :)
