Are VMs inside QubeOS encrypted? Are windows 11 supported?

Not encrypting physical drive a second time over, but rather encrypting individual VMs inside of Qubes OS. Usually, when people express a desire for this, it's because they want to try to protect those VMs in case an attacker gains access to a running, unlocked Qubes OS installation, but it's not that simple (see the discussion on #1293 to understand why not).
