Have only had this use-case once, but when I did I built my own. It's quite simplistic, intended for a balance of control and maintainability. Combined with a view, currently outputs to this.

Any particular package? I'm looking for something that will ideally inspect the api.php or controllers, and generator from there. I've found this: https://github.com/DarkaOnLine/L5-Swagger -- will give it a go.

Does not conform to a spec or anything, it's simply built to the output and details I required. I did however create a script to process the API docs JSON and output the data in a postman collection format.
