  • I found few R packages that may aid in this. I found through searching this benchmarking review which describe the use of the R packages nvblas, gputools, gmatrix, and gpuR. RCUDA is another package I found through a search. However, none of them are currently available for the latest version of R (v. 4.x), or are under active development. Seemingly, they haven't been updated for a long time, which I find a bit odd. (Most recent is gpuR which was updated in May 2019.) Is there a particular reason for this?
