SurveyJS
Open-Source JSON Form Builder to Create Dynamic Forms Right in Your App. With SurveyJS form UI libraries, you can build and style forms in a fully-integrated drag & drop form builder, render them in your JS app, and store form submission data in any backend, inc. PHP, ASP.NET Core, and Node.js.
There is a plugin called Obsidian Pandoc that you could try out.
I've used Obsidian for writing a few papers, inserting citations from Zotero using the Citations plugin. (I also have a macOS Automator script that lets me insert Zotero citations into any text field in any application.) When I'm ready to export the document, I drag the markdown file to a menu bar application called DocDown, which generates a Word document according to a specified style template and automatically processes the references using the Zotero database.
