It is a lualine component that tells you the progress of your LSP servers. Some servers take a long time to start up, and this will tell you what they are doing during start up and when they are done starting up.

Yes. A particularly good one is fidget. I highly recommend it. It's great eye candy. However, I often just want a simpler, only-in-the-status-line, LSP status indicator. This plugin is exactly that.
