  • InfluxDB - Power Real-Time Data Analytics at Scale
  • WorkOS - The modern identity platform for B2B SaaS
  • SaaSHub - Software Alternatives and Reviews
  • c4-notation

Technical resources for using the C4 model for visualizing software architecture.

  • The thing that I've noticed is that many of the lowest levels of non-code design artifacts to be overhead. Higher levels of abstraction are useful in helping orient developers within a complex system or helping other stakeholders understand the system. If you're familiar with the C4 model, these higher levels of abstraction are the Context, Container, and Component views of the system. Few systems require visualization of the Code view, outside of the code itself.

  • JSLT

    JSON query and transformation language

  • I follow that approach in this open-source repo, and since PRs come from volunteers I've sometimes just updated the docs afterwards myself. But in a work situation you could be strict about it.

  • InfluxDB

Power Real-Time Data Analytics at Scale. Get real-time insights from all types of time series data with InfluxDB. Ingest, query, and analyze billions of data points in real-time with unbounded cardinality.
