We have built in support for smart contract withdrawals that Danny has built a PR for here https://github.com/ethereum/eth2.0-specs/pull/2149 - this is the only way to offer a truly trustless staking experience, which a decentralised staking protocol like RP would need. This PR hasn't been officially merged into the ETH2 spec, so we can't launch until that has or we'd be jumping the gun. The good news is that when it is approved and if it hasn't changed much, we won't really need to make any changes to accommodate it.

You need browser extension wallets, dev environments, frameworks, IDEs, frontend and backend APIs, multiple testing networks, faucets, ABIs and other contract testing tools, security tools, storage options, monitoring, and a buttload of documentation and examples.
