Yes, the colors on the steam deck display are pretty horrible and washed out. However, there is a Plugin loader called Decky Loader that can load a plugin named Vibrant Deck, check it out here: https://github.com/SteamDeckHomebrew/decky-loader. It worked for me at a setting of 140 and affects all games.
