  • Snipe IT

A free open source IT asset/license management system

  • This is has come up a lot recently in a few other subs and there doesn’t seem to be a perfect tool for this use case. The option I’ve seen come out on top most often is Snipe-IT which seems overkill for what most home users need but has most of the functionality that people are looking for. I’m searching for the same thing as well (mostly for insurance and homelab device tracking) and have settled on Snipe-IT, though I’ve yet to set it up.
