Orginally hit rate with this checkmark would be just equal to (1 / time that you need to gain max seals). But after this obsucre fix that says it fixed crash for unleash with minions, formula changed to also include a cast speed. Idea from what I can understand is that if somehow your cast time for speel is greated than time to get all max seals, then your hit rate would be less then just time needed to accumulate all seals. But it just seems to be implemented incorrectly (seems to be reversed)
