I run voice/video in Discord and Owlbear.Rodeo vtt. It's a dead simple vtt with built in dice. Alternatively, I'd recommend the rollem dice bot for Discord.

You may want to look at Fari if you want something straightforward (and free) you could use along with Discord. It's web-based, and designed for narrative-style systems like FATE.

Hands down, the best virtual tabletop on the market is Foundry VTT. I have tried scores of them and this one is the bees knees, bar none. About to run my The One Ring campaign in a few hours here and we use it. have been for over a year (more like two).
