  A really simple cp simulator, that works with OCPP 1.6

https://github.com/kubarskii/OCPP-J-CP-Simulator there is a simulator. It acts as Charger/Charge point. It handles lot of OCPP messages. I found minor mistakes which are easy to fix. But try it.
