That is a very good feedback, thanks for raising it up. We're relying on Reddit + HN to search for the link and it seems like the PubMed link changes once you're at the page (no longer have the ?dopt=Abstract). We'll need to investigate further to catch these scenarios, you can follow the issue further here: https://github.com/UseCrowdWise/crowdwise/issues/166
